Chapter 6 Approval, programme ownership, dating\u000DVersion 2.0 of the HNR treatment programme is the result of a close collaboration between the programme owners and the team members involved in the HNR programme. By combining the expertise of the Netherlands Cancer Institute in this specialist area with the broad expertise of Reade, a unique head and neck rehabilitation programme could be developed that aims to improve the overall quality of life of the head and neck cancer patient population, taking into account the unavoidable limitations of oncological treatment. By offering this HNR 2.0 programme, free of charge and now including an English translation, we hope other certified head and neck cancer centres within the Netherlands and beyond will be able to implement this programme as well, in order for the importance and added value of multidisciplinary head and neck cancer rehabilitation to be recognised throughout the country and, perhaps, across the world.\u000DBelow are stated the people who are familiar with the content of the HNR programme and have approved it (version 2.0).\u000DNETHERLANDS CANCER INSTITUTE\u000DProf. Michiel van den Brekel MD PhD (Head and Neck surgeon)\u000DProf. Frans J.M.
