An overview of the various rehabilitation modules can be found in Appendix 1E.\u000D3.5 Length and frequency of the rehabilitation pathway\u000DThe length and frequency of the rehabilitation treatment depends on the patient\u0027s rehabilitation needs. Based on these rehabilitation needs, various rehabilitation modules may be employed. The rehabilitation modules and their anticipated length and frequency can be found in Appendix 1E.\u000D3.6 Evaluation of rehabilitation processes\u000DOnce every three months a structural multidisciplinary meeting takes place. In this meeting, any problematic parts of the programme are addressed, and possible solutions are sought. The various rehabilitation processes are evaluated and, where needed, adjusted so as to increase the quality of the rehabilitation modules. The meeting also offers room for an exchange of information and updates on the latest developments in (oncological) rehabilitative care.\u000D94\u000D
